As part of the transitioning between OKR periods, you may want to archive the session that has expired and create a new one.
Once in a while, however, you may need to access the data from the archived sessions.
The most common reason, for example, is to compare the performance of a team or individual in the course of the year.
To access an archived session you need to:
- Navigate to OKRs > Browse sessions
- Choose the respective session from the list with sessions and click on its title
You'll notice that sessions are marked with different colours. These are indicators for the different session statuses
- Blue is for Open status
- Green - In progress
- Grey - Archived
