As part of transitioning between OKR periods usually you may want to archive the session that has expired and open a new one.

Once in a while, however, you may want to access the data from archived sessions.
The most common scenario, for example, is to compare the performance of a team or individual in the course of the year.

To access an archived session you need to:

  1. Navigate to OKRs > Browse sessions
  2. Choose the respective session from the list with sessions and click on its title

You'll notice that sessions are marked with different colours. These are indicators of session's  status:

  • Blue is for Open status;
  • Green - In progress;
  • Grey - Archived.
