Configure your Personal Notifications

Learn how to configure your personal notifications for various activities in Quantive Results

Overview

You can receive notifications in your Quantive Results account or via email. Notifications can be sent for OKR activities, tasks, and more.

Notifications are configured account-wide. Afterwards, you can change your personal notification settings.

NOTE: If you have changed your personal notification settings, changes to the account -wide notifications will not affect you.

Procedure

Perform the following:

  1. In the bottom of the navigation pane, click Notifications.

  2. In the toolbar, click Manage notifications.

  3. Select and deselect the checkboxes of the notifications you want to receive.
    The settings are applied instantly.

  4. Navigate back.

πŸ’‘ The list of notifications you will see in your account settings will be based on your account subscription and user role, in case some of the settings above are missing for you, make sure to contact your administrator for more information.

You can receive notifications for the following:

  • OKRs

    • Updated to OKRs owned by me

    • Updates to OKRs owned by my team

    • OKRs assigned to me or my team

    • Approval workflow

  • Key Result updates

    • Owned by me

    • Owned by my team

  • KPIs

    • Updates to KPIs owned by me

    • Updates to KPIs owned by my team

    • KPIs assigned to me or my team

    • KPI projections missed or beaten

  • Tasks

    • Tasks assigned to me
      ​

  • Teams

    • Teams assigned to me

  • Badges

    • Badges awarded to me or my team

  • Mentions, comments and reactions

    • New comments, mentions and reactions

  • Check-Ins

    • Check-in reminders

    • Check-ins published by teammates
      ​

  • Sharing

    • KPIs, Insightboards, Whiteboards, reports and sessions shared with me
