OKRs communicate what the business priorities are and work best when you have your team mates involved in the process.

After all, one cannot align with oneself.

It is very important to note that only a person with the role of an admin can invite new people. 

There are two ways to do so:

Option 1 - add users from the setup

  1. Navigate to Settings > Users screen
  2. Click on the Invite more people button
  3. Enter the First name, Last name and Email of your teammate
  4. Click on the Send invitation button

Option 2 - add users from Employees 

  1. Click on the People dropdown menu > choose Employees
  2. Click on the Invite people button
  3. Enter the First name, Last name and Email of your teammate
  4. Click on the Send invitation button

ProTips

To add multiple users at once, you can use the + Add more people button.

If you want to add all users but you still need some time to set up the account, just check the box Don't send email invitations. Later on when you are ready with everything, go ahead and send a link for your company's Gtmhub to all users. 

NOTE: When you use the Don't send email invitations option, your users do not receive the notification email with their initial password. When you give them the link to your Gtmhub account, they will have to use the reset password option first, and obtain new passwords.
In general the Don't send email invitations option is most suitable when you are configuring Single Sign On, as the users log in with their identity provider credentials and don't have to reset password.

In case your company is using Active Directory or G Suite to manage the employees you can now connect Gtmhub with Azure Active Directory or G Suite and automatically onboard all your users to Gtmhub.
