Overview

The confidence level indicates your subjective feeling on how likely you are to achieve a given key result in the respective time frame.

In a combination with the objective measurement of your achievement – the key result values that indicate the OKR progress, the subjective confidence level provides more context.

EXAMPLE: For example, low key result progress with high confidence level can mean that, although you do not have tangible progress to report, things will pick up soon. On the other hand, high key result progress with low confidence can indicate a roadblock which soon might impede you to successfully accomplishing the OKR.

This article demonstrates how to better track confidence label by configuring labels and colors to better visualize confidence levels progress.

To access confidence level settings, you must be an administrator.
