Here's how to do that in your Gtmhub:

  1. Click the Setting button on the upper right corner
  2. Go to the User section
  3. Click on the Manage roles button
  4. Choose to Add new role 
  5. Define the new role
  6. Assign respective permissions
  7. Click the Save button

Managing roles within teams is just one of the functionalities that Gtmhub allows managers to do in their organizational accounts.
