In Gtmhub, each feedback belongs to a topic. After a feedback campaign is over, you can archive unused topics. You can then view the archive for reference.
To be able to archive topics, you must be an administrator or have the HCM role.
Perform the following:
In the navigation pane, expand People and click Feedback.
Click Manage topics.
Click the Archive button of the topic that you want to archive.
To view achieved topics, in the toolbar, move the Include archived toggle switch.
To make an archived topic live again, click its Set live button.
