To configure account-wide notifications

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Click the Account notification settings button
  3. Adjust which notifications you wish your organization to receive via which channels (in-app or E-mail)

ℹ️ All the adjustments will take effect on an account-wide level.

Important notes

  • You need to be an admin or be assigned the necessary permissions to have access to your Gtmhub account's settings
  • If you don't make any changes to the account notification settings, the default is all notifications enabled
  • Unless a user has modified specific personal notification settings, your changes will come into effect immediately for all users in the account
  • If a user has modified a notification setting to their preferences, your changes won't affect that specific user
