Problem:
“Time to update OKRs” email does not send.

Cause:
Incorrect notifications options configuration. By default the settings “Do not send personal and team reports” under notification options is unchecked and “include open session” checkbox is checked. These 2 settings should be on the mentioned state to be allowed sending “Time to update OKRs” email. If you changed their configuration you will not receive the email.

Solution
In the Setting menu, scroll down to and click on Report Settings. From there, ensure that the “Do not send personal and team reports” box is unchecked and that “include open session” checkbox is checked.
