Solution:
The Gtmhub Support team can help you change the user's email in our systems.
- For security reasons only an account admin or the user whose email has changed can request an email change.
- You (or the account admin) must send the request as a support ticket in our support portal, or as an email to: [email protected].
- Specify the current email address and the desired one we should change it to.
We will make the correction quickly and inform you when your request is done.
