How do KR notifications in MS Teams work?
- If you own KRs, you will receive the OKR notification based on your Report Settings (e.g., each Tuesday at 10:00 AM Mountain Time Zone) in the same way the email Aggregated OKR Report works.
- It is important to select the proper time zone, day and time you want to receive the reminders. Also make sure to mark the checkbox for all 4 options for what to include in the report.
NOTE: Notifications are sent for KRs that have not been updated during the current cadence, assigned to you personally. If there no KRs meeting these requirements, no notifications will be sent.
How do Gtmhub Task notifications in МS Teams work?
Gtmhub can send reminders for Tasks that are assigned to you, in status "To Do", or "In Progress" and have a due date set. You will receive an MS Teams notification 48 hours before the Task's due date.
NOTE: Gtmhub aggregates the number of tasks included in a notification. If more than one task is due and a notification is to be sent, we will send 1 notification for up to 6 tasks at once. This is to optimize your MS Teams notifications.
Here's a short demo video how it works:
