Successful OKRs deployment is positively correlated with incorporating OKRs methodology best practices. Gtmhub enables teams and individuals to adopt OKRs and follow best practices from the moment of OKR creation.

When you create an OKR, you're guided with tooltips so you know you're on the right track.

OKR-design score criteria

In Gtmhub, you can configure Objective progress calculation in two ways: as an average of the Key Results or as an average of sub-Objectives.

📝 The OKR-design score criteria adjusts based on your choice.

Objective progress calculation as average of Key Results

If your Objective progress calculation is based on the average of the Key Results, you can obtain a perfect score by:

  • Creating an Objective title that is under 70 characters in length
  • Adding between 2 and 5 Key Results
  • Having 0 Yes/No Key Results
  • Creating 4 tasks to help you achieve the OKR

📝 You can connect Jira and Gtmhub. When you do, either via Jira Cloud or Jira Server, you can link Jira Issues to Gtmhub OKRs. These Issues will appear as tasks in Gtmhub and will count towards your score.

Here's an example of what your OKR-design score would look like:

Objective progress calculation as average of sub-Objectives

If your Objective progress calculation is based on the average of sub-Objectives, you can obtain a perfect score by:

  • Creating an Objective title that is under 70 characters in length
  • Adding between 2 and 5 sub-Objectives
