Is there a way to send the automatic KR reminder reports on the last day of each month?
If I select September 30, does that mean that it will be sent each month on the 30th? What if the month has 31 or 28 days?

If you configure your OKR Update Reminders Cadence to be sent out Monthly on February 28, OKR Update Reminders will be sent out on the 28th day of every month, starting on the date and time you specified, in the screen shot below we have picked our cadence as monthly starting on February 28, 2023 at 1:45 PM MST.
If this is not possible, notifications are sent based on a period of 30 days. For example, if you configure recurring monthly notifications sent starting April 30, you'll get them the 30th day of each month, except for February, where you'll receive the notification on March 2.
