Gtmhub is a SaaS product that uses recurrent billing based on your Gtmhub edition (OKRs, Performance, Growth Engine, and Enterprise) and the number of users you have in your account.
Gtmhub Billing Portal
The Gtmhub Billing Portal allows you to manage the billing for your Gtmhub account. It provides you with the the tools to set your billing information, set payment method and access your Gtmhub invoices.
Accessing the Billing Portal
By default only account administrators have access to the Billing Portal. To access the billing portal go to Settings -> Billing
If you wish to give access to the Billing Portal to non-administrator user you can create a new role, e.g. BillingManager and provide it with the Manage Billing permission.
Updating Billing Details
While in the Gtmhub Billing Portal go to the Billing Information section and click on the Add/Edit link. If your company is based in a EU member country and is VAT registered, make sure to provide your VAT ID so that we do not charge you VAT.
Updating Payment Method
While in the Gtmhub Billing portal go to the Payment Method Information section and click on the Add/Edit link. This will prompt you to provide your credit card details.
Accessing your Gtmhub invoices
While in the Gtmhub Billing portal go to the Payment History section. There you will find all invoices issued by Gtmhub for your account.
