Overview

Gtmhub is a SaaS product that uses recurrent billing, based on your Gtmhub edition and the number of users you have in your account.

The Gtmhub Billing portal allows you to manage the billing for your Gtmhub account. It provides you with the tools to set your billing information, set payment method, and access your Gtmhub invoices.

Prerequisites

To access the Billing portal in your Gtmhub account, you must be an administrator or have permissions to access the account settings.

Licenses

Your invoice is based on the number of licenses you have, their type, and your Gtmhub plan. Adding a new user, adds a license to your account. If you remove users, the number of licenses is not changed automatically for the billing period.

When your subscription renews, by default the number of licenses is carried over from the previous billing period.

Access the Billing portal

To go to the Billing portal, perform the following:

  1. In the bottom of the navigation pane, click Settings.
  2. On the Configuration tab, click Billing.
    The Billing & Licensing page appears.

Billing portal features

On this page, you can do the following:

  • Add new users
    To do this, in the bottom-right corner of the page, click Add users / licenses.
  • Update your payment method
    To do this, in the upper-right corner of the page, click Payment method.
    There you can see the due amount and Proceed to checkout.
  • View your subscription details
    To do this, in the upper-right corner of the page, click Subscription details.
    There you can see whether your subscription is monthly or annually and how many users you have in your plan. You can also cancel the subscription.
  • Update your billing address
    To do this, in the upper-right corner of the page, click Billing & shipping address.
    There you can update your address.
  • View the history of your payments
    To do this, in the upper-right corner of the page, click Billing history.
    There you can see a list of your invoices and download them.
