Overview

Custom fields are available only for commercial and enterprise plans.

To customize your Quantive Results setup and organizational workflows you can add custom fields of the type user/team selector to:

  • Objectives

  • Key Results

  • Key Result Updates

  • Tasks

  • User Profiles

  • Team Profiles

Your account admin can create those custom fields in your settings. Read more here.

Notification settings

The user/team selector custom field operates very similar to the ownership field in Quantive Results - it allows you to select a user or a team, indicating that the user/team is associated with a given item. Considering this is the primary reason to add such a field we've identified the selection of a user or team as a mention. The user or the team is mentioned/selected in a custom field on an Objective for example.

Thus the notifications related to the user/team custom field are controlled by the "Mentions, comments, and reactions" toggle in the account notification settings.

And you're in full control of enabling/disabling the in-app Quantive notifications and email notifications.

Notification example

Once you or your team have been selected in a custom field of the type user/team selector you should receive a similar notification in the app and over email.
