Overview

Setting up а proper team structure allows Gtmhub to automatically create reports and assign permissions according to team members' roles and responsibilities in their organization.


Procedure

To create a team, perform the following:

  1. In the navigation pane, expand People and click Teams.
  2. In the toolbar, click Create new team.
  3. Enter a Name and a Description for the team.
  4. If this team is under another team, under Parent team, click None selected.
  5. In the list of existing teams, click the parent team.
  6. The team is assigned a default avatar, if you want to change it, under Avatar, click Change.
  7. Customize the team's avatar by selecting an icon and color or upload an image.
  8. When finished, click Create team.

Result

The new team appears in the list of teams.

NOTE: You can assign only one user as a team manager and associate many team members. Setting up а proper team structure allows Gtmhub to automatically create reports and assign permissions according to team members' roles and responsibilities in their organization.
